I am Kyle Sutton. For much of my life, I sensed things I could not always explain. I noticed the emotion behind someone's words, the pattern beneath a struggle, and the quiet knowing that something more was asking to be seen. For years, I kept much of that part of myself hidden.
Over time, I came to understand these abilities as gifts from God. They were not given to make choices for other people or tell anyone what they must believe. They were given to help me listen, share what I receive, and create a place where others can consider what may be true for them.
Today, I bring intuitive listening, energy work, and coaching into honest, grounded conversations that respect each person's freedom to decide what comes next.
One Sunday afternoon in February 1992, I went walking with anger and questions I could no longer keep contained. I had spent years trying to understand God, my calling, and the parts of myself I believed made me unqualified. On that empty path, I finally stopped being polite and demanded that God speak.
The answer came immediately: "And what would You have Me say?"
I did not receive a sermon or a set of instructions. I received a question that cut through every defense. I walked away knowing I had been heard. The silence I had accused God of keeping was not absence.
That moment changed how I understood listening and calling. I began to see that my path did not have to resemble a pulpit or follow someone else's expectations. My sensitivity, questions, wounds, and life experiences were not obstacles God needed to remove before He could use me. They became part of how I recognize what another person may be carrying and hold space for what is ready to be seen.
The work I offer today grew from that lesson. I listen honestly, share what I receive, and leave you free to decide what it means for your life.
That encounter did not send me immediately into spiritual work. I continued building a life, raising my family, working in the corporate and federal worlds, writing, and serving through the church. Still, the gifts remained. People often found themselves telling me things they had not planned to share, and I frequently sensed what was moving beneath their words.
In 1996, the work began taking form as Intuitive Release Healing. I continued studying spiritual gifts, energy, prayer, and the connection between the stories we carry and the way those stories affect our lives.
I later trained with The Coaches Institute and spent more than five years involved in coaching and leadership development. My experience also includes facilitating workshops, leading Bible studies, supporting people through difficult transitions, and speaking before groups as large as 1,900 people.
Years of working with clients taught me that understanding a hidden story can bring relief, but sometimes understanding is only the beginning. A person may also need help releasing what the body and spirit have been carrying or changing the choices built around an old belief.
That is how the work I now offer as an intuitive, healer, and coach came together.
I know what it feels like to believe that part of you must remain hidden before God or other people will accept you. As a gay Christian man, I spent years trying to reconcile my faith, identity, and calling. I eventually came to understand that God's love wasn't withheld until I became someone else. I was already known and already loved.
That understanding shapes how I work with every client. You do not have to share my beliefs, defend your identity, or present a polished version of your life. You may be firmly rooted in a faith tradition, uncertain about what you believe, or recovering from hurt caused by religion.
I will not tell you what you must believe or use spirituality to make decisions for you. My role is to listen, share what I receive, and help you consider what may be asking for your attention.
You are welcome here as you are.
I am a father, grandfather, author, caregiver, and longtime student of faith. My life has included divorce, grief, cancer, heart surgery, caring for aging parents, and seasons when I had to rebuild what I thought I understood about myself.
Those experiences have taught me that people rarely fit into simple explanations. What appears on the surface is often only one part of the story.
I do not meet with clients as someone who has mastered life or possesses every answer. I meet them as someone who has learned to listen, remain present when life becomes uncomfortable, and trust that truth can be approached without judgment or fear.
If something within you is asking to be understood, I would be honored to listen with you.
